TERMS & CONDITIONS
A legal disclaimer
1. Definitions
“Company”, “We”, “Us” refers to Allstar Arcade Hire. “Customer”, “You” refers to the person or organisation hiring the equipment. “Equipment” refers to the portable basketball arcade machine(s) and any accessories supplied.
2. Booking & Payment
A booking is confirmed once payment is received (deposit or full amount as specified). Full payment must be made prior to delivery unless otherwise agreed in writing. Prices listed on the website may change at any time. The Customer must provide accurate delivery details and ensure safe access to the setup location.
3. Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellations made 7+ days before the event: full refund. Cancellations made 3–6 days before the event: 50% refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the event: no refund. If the Company must cancel due to weather, safety concerns, or equipment failure, a full refund or reschedule will be offered.
4. Delivery, Setup & Pickup
The Company will deliver, set up, and collect all equipment unless otherwise agreed. The Customer must ensure safe, clear access for delivery (doorways, paths, stairs, etc.). The Customer must not move or relocate the equipment after setup without permission.
5. Use of Equipment
Equipment must be used responsibly and safely at all times. No food, drinks, or sharp objects are permitted near the equipment. Children must be supervised by an adult at all times. The Customer must not modify, tamper with, or attempt to repair the equipment.
6. Damage, Loss & Liability
The Customer is responsible for any damage, theft, or loss occurring during the hire period. Repair or replacement costs will be charged to the Customer if damage occurs due to misuse or negligence. The Company is not liable for injuries, accidents, or property damage resulting from improper use of the equipment.
7. Weather Conditions
Outdoor use is permitted only in safe, dry conditions. The Company may refuse setup if weather poses a risk to equipment or participants. If weather becomes unsafe during the event, the Company may require the equipment to be shut down or removed.
8. Photography & Marketing
The Customer agrees that non-identifiable photos or videos taken during setup or events may be used for marketing unless the Customer requests otherwise in writing.
9. Privacy
Personal information collected for bookings will be used only for communication, invoicing, and service delivery. Information will not be shared with third parties except as required by law.
10. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of South Australia.
